Taking phishing kits apart
A good part of the week goes into a single fake login page: who registered the domain, where the kit was copied from, and which host will actually act on an abuse report.
Takedowns that stick
Once a site is confirmed, someone files the takedown and follows it up until the page is gone. Customers in several countries depend on that loop.
You own what you build
The team is small. Write a detection rule and you also watch what it catches, and fix it the day it starts misfiring.

Most work ends as a report a client will read. Clear writing matters here about as much as knowing the tools, and we give people time to study both.
